ReachEase Affiliate Programme Terms 

The ReachEase Affiliate Programme (the "Programme") is open to any individual aged 18 or over, and to any business, anywhere ReachEase is lawfully sold. By submitting the application form at reachease.io/affiliates you enter into this agreement with ReachEase ("we", "us").

Enrolment is instant: your affiliate links, coupon code and dashboard login are created the moment you apply. We may still review accounts afterwards and may decline or close any account at our discretion.

One affiliate account per person or business. You must provide accurate, current details (name, email, payout account) and keep them up to date in your dashboard. You are responsible for everything done under your login.

Level 1: you earn 30% of the net amount ReachEase receives for the one-time plan bought by a buyer who is attributed to you under section 3. The net amount is the plan price minus the buyer discount minus payment-processing fees, and it excludes tax.

Level 2: if a buyer is attributed to an affiliate whom you personally recruited (they signed up through your recruit link), you earn 5% of that same sale in addition to the selling affiliate's 30%. This goes one level deep only; there is no commission on sales made by your recruits' recruits.

No commission is paid on the monthly LinkedIn sender infrastructure fee, on add-ons, on taxes, or on any amount other than the one-time plan. Payment-processing fees are deducted before the commission is calculated.

We may change commission rates for future sales by giving you at least 14 days' notice by email or in your dashboard. Changes never reduce commission already earned on sales made before the change takes effect.

When a visitor arrives through your link we set a tracking cookie that lasts 90 days from the most recent affiliate click. Last click wins: if the visitor later clicks a different affiliate's link, that affiliate replaces you.

If a buyer enters your coupon code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you even if no cookie is present. If a cookie and a coupon code point to different affiliates, the cookie wins: the affiliate whose link the buyer clicked most recently gets the sale, and a coupon never reassigns a sale that a cookie has already attributed.

Attribution is decided by us, in good faith, on the basis of our own tracking records. Screenshots, third-party analytics or the buyer's word are not a substitute for those records. Our decision on attribution is final.

Buyers who arrive through your link, or who enter your coupon code, receive 10% off the one-time plan price. Your commission is calculated on the net amount after this discount and after payment-processing fees.

The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise, and we may withdraw or change it for future sales at any time.

Every commission is held as "pending" for 14 days after the sale, which is the buyer's refund window. Once that period ends without a refund, the commission becomes "confirmed" and counts towards your payable balance.

A sale that is refunded, charged back, disputed or reversed pays no commission. If we have already paid out commission on such a sale, the amount is deducted from your future balance, and if there is no future balance we may ask you to return it.

Payouts run monthly, in US dollars, for confirmed balances of at least $100. Balances below that threshold roll over to the next payout run.

We pay by PayPal, Wise, Bank transfer (India). You must provide a valid payout account in your dashboard; we are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.

Fees charged by the payout provider (for example PayPal or Wise fees, currency conversion or receiving-bank charges) may be deducted from, or charged on top of, your payout, depending on the method, and are your responsibility.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and filings that apply to the commissions you receive, in your own country and anywhere else they are due. Commission amounts are stated exclusive of any tax.

Where the law requires, we may withhold tax from your payouts or ask you for tax documentation before paying, such as a PAN for affiliates in India or a completed W-8BEN or W-9 form for affiliates dealing with US requirements. We may pause payouts until we receive what the law requires us to collect.

The following are not allowed. Doing any of them is a breach of this agreement:

• Buying ReachEase through your own link or code, or through the link or code of a family member, employee, business partner or anyone acting for you.
• Bidding on "ReachEase" or variations of it as a keyword in paid search or paid social ads, or using our brand in ad copy or display URLs, without written permission.
• Publishing your link or code on coupon, cashback, voucher or deal-aggregator sites, or in any place whose main purpose is collecting discount codes.
• Spam of any kind: unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited bulk LinkedIn or other messaging, comment spam, forum spam or automated posting.
• Misleading, exaggerated or unauthorised claims about ReachEase, its features, its pricing or its results, including invented reviews or testimonials.
• Incentivised traffic: paying, rewarding or otherwise inducing people to click your link or buy through it, other than the buyer discount we provide.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, pop-unders, or any technique that sets the tracking cookie without a real, deliberate click on your link.
• Impersonating ReachEase, presenting yourself as ReachEase staff, or registering domains, social handles or pages that could be mistaken for ours.
• Promoting ReachEase on any site or channel that contains illegal content, hate speech, adult content, or content that infringes other people's rights.

Wherever you share your link or code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission from purchases, close to the link and before the reader has to click. Follow the rules that apply to you, including the US FTC Endorsement Guides, the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in India, and any equivalent local rule.

Either you or we may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with notice by email or through the dashboard. You can close your account from your dashboard or by contacting us.

If we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraud or breached section 8, we may suspend your account and withhold pending payouts while we investigate. Fraud or a serious breach forfeits all unpaid commissions, including confirmed balances.

On termination for any other reason, confirmed commissions above the payout threshold are paid in the next regular payout run. No new sales are attributed to you after termination.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the ReachEase name, logo and any marketing assets we provide, solely to promote ReachEase under this agreement. You may not modify our logo, combine it with other marks, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you or your other products.

Everything you create to promote ReachEase remains yours; everything we provide remains ours. The licence ends when this agreement ends.

We may change these terms, the commission structure, the buyer discount, the cookie duration or any other part of the Programme. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use your links after a change takes effect means you accept it. Changes do not apply to commissions already earned.

The Programme is provided as is. We do not promise any particular level of traffic, conversions or earnings, or that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions payable to you in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or cost we suffer because of your breach of this agreement, your promotional activity, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Before starting any proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting each other in good faith for at least 30 days.
