Does ReachEase have AI?
Yes. Describe a campaign in plain words and AI builds the whole sequence; Write with AI drafts or polishes any message; every reply is labelled by AI (interested, meeting, question, not interested, out of office) with a suggested answer in the Unibox; and the dashboard shows your positive reply rate. AI suggests — you decide. Nothing is sent without you.
How does the AI campaign builder work?
Open Campaigns and choose Generate with AI. Describe who you are reaching and what you offer, pick a goal and tone, and AI drafts the steps and messages. The draft is checked against the engine's safety rules, and you can regenerate, edit or use it. Nothing is saved or sent until you launch.
What are AI credits?
Each AI action uses credits: a campaign draft uses 5, a message draft, improvement or suggested reply uses 1. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st, and extra credits can be bought and never expire.
Can I control ReachEase from Claude?
Yes. Connect Claude through MCP from Integrations and work with leads, lists, campaigns and replies in plain English.

What does the one-time payment cover?
The one-time payment gives you access to the ReachEase software under your plan's terms — with no monthly ReachEase software subscription on top. It is a software access license, not a transfer of source code or intellectual property.
Does ReachEase have a monthly software subscription?
No. There is no monthly ReachEase software subscription. The only recurring cost is LinkedIn sender infrastructure, billed per connected LinkedIn sender.
What is the recurring LinkedIn sender infrastructure charge?
Each connected LinkedIn sender carries a small monthly infrastructure cost that depends on your plan: $15 for the one LinkedIn sender on Spark, $12 per LinkedIn sender on Ignite, $10 on Momentum and $9 on Velocity. That's roughly one-fifth of what typical subscription tools charge per LinkedIn sender. Based on current pricing.
What plans are available?
Spark — $99 one-time for 1 LinkedIn sender (1 workspace, 1 login). Ignite — $299 one-time for up to 3 LinkedIn senders (1 workspace). Momentum — $499 one-time for up to 5 LinkedIn senders (2 workspaces). Velocity — $749 one-time launch price (regular $999) for up to 10 LinkedIn senders (4 workspaces). Momentum and Velocity include every confirmed ReachEase feature. Spark and Ignite include everything except Telegram Instant Reply Alerts and the Mobile Unibox. There is also a $9 one-month trial with 1 LinkedIn sender.
Can infrastructure pricing change?
Infrastructure pricing reflects current rates and may change. We show figures based on current pricing and never guarantee they will remain fixed.

Yes. You can connect multiple LinkedIn sender accounts to one workspace — up to your plan's LinkedIn sender limit — and run campaigns across them.
What does LinkedIn sender rotation do?
LinkedIn sender rotation distributes campaign outreach across your available connected LinkedIn senders instead of operating each account separately.
Does a bigger plan mean unlimited LinkedIn activity?
No. Plans concern ReachEase software support for connected LinkedIn sender accounts. LinkedIn activity remains subject to the applicable platform environment, account limits and responsible usage.

Safety and Limits
How many LinkedIn connection requests can you send per day?
LinkedIn allows roughly 100 connection invitations per account per week on every plan, which works out at about 15 to 20 per day per account. ReachEase enforces per-sender daily safety limits and a warm-up ramp so new accounts build up gradually instead of hitting the limit immediately.
Is LinkedIn automation safe?
It depends entirely on the sending rate. Accounts get restricted when they exceed LinkedIn's limits or send in obvious bursts. ReachEase applies per-sender daily caps, a total daily action cap, randomised gaps between actions and working-hours enforcement, so activity stays inside normal usage patterns.
