When a workspace uses ReachEase to run LinkedIn outreach, the service processes information needed to operate campaigns, such as connected LinkedIn sender account details, imported prospect audiences, sequence configurations, and message activity. This information is handled to provide the service to the workspace that controls it.

We maintain account and workspace records so that users can sign in, manage their settings, and use ReachEase. This includes authentication details and configuration a workspace sets up. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

We may process information about how the service is used — for example, actions taken in the application and technical logs — to operate, secure, and improve ReachEase. This helps us understand reliability and performance and to diagnose issues.

These rights apply where applicable and are subject to the relevant law and any exceptions it allows. ReachEase runs an affiliate programme. When you arrive on reachease.io through an affiliate's link (for example reachease.io/a/handle or a URL containing ?ref=handle), we record that click and set a cookie named re_aff on the reachease.io domain. The cookie holds a random click identifier, the affiliate's handle and a timestamp. It lasts 90 days from the most recent affiliate click; a later click from a different affiliate replaces it. The same value is mirrored in your browser's local storage so attribution survives if the cookie is dropped.

For each recorded click we also store the landing page, the referring page, any campaign parameters carried in the URL (UTM values, sub-IDs, advertising click IDs), and a hashed form of your IP address and browser user agent. The hash is used to detect duplicate and fraudulent clicks; we do not keep the raw IP address for this purpose.

If you buy a plan while the cookie is present, or you enter an affiliate's coupon code at checkout, the purchase is attributed to that affiliate. The affiliate can see, in their dashboard, that a sale occurred, the plan purchased, the date and the commissionable amount, together with a masked version of your email address (for example p***@example.com). Affiliates never see your full email, your payment details or anything you do inside the ReachEase app.

You can opt out of affiliate tracking by clearing cookies and site data for reachease.io, by using your browser's private mode, or simply by purchasing without following an affiliate link or entering a coupon code. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the website or the service.

ReachEase works alongside third-party platforms and services, including the platforms where outreach takes place and providers a user chooses to connect. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Users should review the practices of any third-party service they use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update indicates awareness of the current policy.
