01Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ReachEase website and service. By using ReachEase, a user agrees to these terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use the service.

02Eligibility

ReachEase is intended for business use by people who are able to enter into a binding agreement and who will use the service in compliance with applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements to use the service.

03Accounts

Using ReachEase requires an account and workspace. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for activity that occurs under their account, and for keeping their credentials secure. Users should notify us of any unauthorized use.

04Use of ReachEase

ReachEase provides tools to run multi-account LinkedIn outreach, including audience imports, sequence building, LinkedIn sender distribution, and a unified inbox. Users may use the service for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

05User responsibilities

Users are responsible for how they configure and operate ReachEase, including the audiences they import, the messages they send, and the outcomes of their campaigns. Users must ensure their use complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to them.

06LinkedIn account responsibilities

Users connect their own LinkedIn sender accounts and are responsible for those accounts, including compliance with LinkedIn's terms and any limits or requirements LinkedIn sets. ReachEase does not control third-party platform decisions affecting connected accounts.

07Acceptable use

Users must not use ReachEase to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive messages, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service or its security. Additional expectations are described in our Anti-Spam & Acceptable Outreach Policy.

08Outreach compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their outreach is lawful and appropriate for their audience, including any consent, disclosure, or opt-out requirements that apply. ReachEase provides tooling but does not determine whether a given user's outreach is legally compliant.

09Third-party platforms

ReachEase operates alongside third-party platforms and services that have their own terms and are outside our control. Changes those platforms make may affect how the service works. Users are responsible for their use of any third-party platform they connect.

10No affiliation implication

ReachEase is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other platform. References to third-party platforms are for descriptive purposes only, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11Fees

Access to ReachEase is offered under the plans described on our pricing page. Applicable fees, and what each plan includes, are presented at the point of purchase. Users are responsible for the fees associated with the plan they select. Refunds: where a refund is agreed, the refundable amount is what you paid for the refunded item. Where a payment provider or payment gateway retains a processing charge in connection with your transaction or refund, that non-refundable processing charge may be deducted from the refundable amount. If no such charge is retained by the payment provider, no payment-gateway deduction will be made. Affiliate or referral costs are never deducted from a customer refund.

12"Pay Once. Scale Forever*"

Where ReachEase marketing materials use the phrase "Pay once. Scale forever" (or similar one-time-payment language), it means: (a) the plan price is a single, one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the ReachEase software under these terms; and (b) a minimal recurring sender-infrastructure cost applies for each connected LinkedIn sender, billed separately at current rates. The phrase does not mean that no recurring costs of any kind apply, and does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

13Lifetime access

Where a plan is described as providing lifetime software access, this refers to a one-time license to use the ReachEase software for the applicable software, subject to these terms. Lifetime access does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property in it, and does not guarantee availability regardless of legal, technical, or business circumstances.

14Sender infrastructure charges

Running LinkedIn outreach at scale relies on sender infrastructure that carries its own recurring cost, separate from the software license. These charges are described at the point of purchase or setup and may apply on an ongoing basis as a user's network of LinkedIn senders grows.

15Pricing changes for recurring infrastructure

The recurring charges associated with sender infrastructure may change over time. Where such changes apply, we will make the applicable pricing available. Lifetime software access does not fix the price of separate recurring infrastructure indefinitely.

16Intellectual property

ReachEase, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant users any rights in the ReachEase software or brand except the limited right to use the service as permitted.

17Customer data

As between the parties, a workspace's data remains the workspace's own. We process that data to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to the data they bring into ReachEase.

18Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties. Users may stop using the service at any time. Some provisions survive termination by their nature.

19Disclaimers

ReachEase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outreach conducted through it will achieve any particular result.

20Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachEase and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the service. Liability limits apply as permitted by applicable law.

21Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold ReachEase harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from their use of the service, their outreach, or their violation of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

22Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable governing law and jurisdiction, which will be specified once confirmed. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with that law and the venue it designates.

23Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the current terms.
