ReachEase vs Expandi

Expandi is $99 per sender, every month.

Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with a dedicated proxy per account — a mature, well-regarded product. The comparison that matters is not features, it is what happens to your bill as you add sender accounts.

What it costs at 1, 3, 5 and 10 senders

LinkedIn caps invitations per account, so volume comes from running more senders. This is the number that decides most of these comparisons.

Expandi figures are publicly listed pricing multiplied by sender count, checked September 9, 2026 These came from third-party sources rather than the vendor, so check their current plans before deciding. ReachEase is a one-time software licence plus a monthly sender-infrastructure fee, which is why it is shown as two figures. Each row is a whole plan — 1 sender is Spark, 3 is Ignite, 5 is Momentum, 10 is Velocity — so the monthly figure is what that plan actually costs, not an estimate. Year one is the year our licence is paid, so it is the year we look most expensive; from year two only the monthly fee continues.

Where Expandi is stronger

Expandi assigns a dedicated country-matched proxy per account, which is a genuine safety advantage for accounts operated from a different country to the profile's stated location. It is also an older, more battle-tested product with a large user base.

Where ReachEase differs

ReachEase runs the same cloud model but charges once for the software and separately for each sender's infrastructure, rather than a per-seat subscription. It also shows a live skip ledger during imports — every person excluded and why — which Expandi does not publish an equivalent for.

Both run in the cloud, which matters more than it sounds

Cloud execution means outreach continues whether or not your computer is on. Extension-based tools stop when you close the laptop. Expandi and ReachEase are both cloud, so on this axis they are equivalent and both ahead of Waalaxy, Dux-Soup or Evaboot.

Where the cost curves separate

Expandi is billed per sender account per month. ReachEase separates the software licence, paid once, from the per-sender infrastructure cost. At one account the difference is small. At an agency running an account per client it compounds every month, because one model multiplies by account count and the other does not.

Import behaviour

Both respect LinkedIn's per-search ceilings of 1,000 on a standard account and 2,500 with Sales Navigator, because those are LinkedIn's numbers rather than either tool's. Expandi does not publish its import pacing; ReachEase reads a page roughly every 8 to 15 seconds with a 200-page daily budget per account, which completes a 2,500-person Sales Navigator search in about five to six minutes.

Questions

ReachEase vs Expandi.

Is ReachEase a direct Expandi alternative?

For multi-account LinkedIn outreach, yes — both are cloud tools that import an audience, send paced connection requests and follow-ups, and collect replies. The main differences are commercial: Expandi is a per-seat subscription, ReachEase is a one-time software licence plus a per-sender infrastructure cost.

Does Expandi have better account safety than ReachEase?

Expandi's dedicated country-matched proxy per account is a real advantage where an account is operated from a different country than its profile suggests. On pacing both enforce per-account daily limits, randomised gaps and working hours.
