A LinkedIn Automation Lifetime Deal, Explained.
Most LinkedIn software is rented: a monthly fee per sender account, for as long as you run outreach. ReachEase is bought. This page sets out exactly what the one-time payment covers, what still costs money monthly, and who this model is wrong for.
What the one-time payment covers
The one-time payment is a licence to use the ReachEase software under your plan — the campaign engine, the sequence builder, imports, sender management, safety limits and the shared Unibox — with no recurring software subscription on top. It is access to the software, not a transfer of the source code.
What still costs money every month, and why
Each connected LinkedIn sender account carries an infrastructure cost, from $9 per sender per month. This is not a disguised subscription: every connected account holds a live authenticated session with LinkedIn, and that session costs real money to maintain whether or not you send anything through it. Charging it separately is what makes the software itself a one-time purchase rather than a bundled recurring fee.
The five-year arithmetic
Per-seat tools are usually cheaper in month one and more expensive from somewhere in year one onwards. The crossover comes sooner the more senders you run, because subscription cost multiplies by accounts while a licence does not. An agency adding two accounts per client crosses over fastest; a single operator with one account crosses over slowest.
When a lifetime deal is the wrong choice
Buy a subscription instead if you are testing whether LinkedIn outreach works for you at all, if you expect to run one account for a couple of months, or if you need a product roadmap you can influence through an enterprise contract. A one-time payment makes sense when you already know outreach is a permanent channel for you.

Is ReachEase a limited-time lifetime deal?
No. It is not a promotion with an end date — one-time pricing is the permanent commercial model. Plans start at $99 for the software licence, with LinkedIn senders billed from $9 per sender per month.
Does lifetime access include future updates?
Yes, within your plan's terms. Product updates to the software you have licensed are included; the plan tier determines which capabilities you have access to.
What happens if I stop paying the sender fee?
The software licence is yours regardless. The sender fee maintains the live connection to a LinkedIn account, so stopping it disconnects that sender rather than removing your access to ReachEase.
Why is the sender cost not included in the one-time price?
Because it is a genuine ongoing cost that scales with usage rather than a margin. Bundling it would mean charging every customer for accounts they may never connect, and would turn the one-time price into a subscription in all but name.
