ReachEase vs Lemlist

Lemlist is built for email. We are built for LinkedIn.

Lemlist is a strong multi-channel sequencing tool whose centre of gravity is email, with LinkedIn steps alongside. ReachEase is the opposite: LinkedIn is the whole product. That difference decides which one fits your programme.

Lemlist figures are the vendor’s own published documentation, checked September 7, 2026. “Not published” means the vendor does not state a figure — it does not mean the capability is missing. Pricing changes often; check their current plans before deciding.

What it costs at 1, 3, 5 and 10 senders

LinkedIn caps invitations per account, so volume comes from running more senders. This is the number that decides most of these comparisons.

Lemlist figures are publicly listed pricing multiplied by sender count, checked September 9, 2026 — The LinkedIn-capable plan. Email-only plans are listed lower, around $69/mo. These came from third-party sources rather than the vendor, so check their current plans before deciding. ReachEase is a one-time software licence plus a monthly sender-infrastructure fee, which is why it is shown as two figures. Each row is a whole plan — 1 sender is Spark, 3 is Ignite, 5 is Momentum, 10 is Velocity — so the monthly figure is what that plan actually costs, not an estimate. Year one is the year our licence is paid, so it is the year we look most expensive; from year two only the monthly fee continues.

Where Lemlist is stronger

Lemlist's email deliverability tooling, warm-up and personalisation are genuinely strong, and its multi-channel sequences are well designed. For an email-led programme with LinkedIn as a touchpoint, it is the better fit and ReachEase is not a substitute.

Where ReachEase differs

ReachEase puts all its engineering into LinkedIn's specific constraints — the weekly invitation ceiling, open versus closed profile routing, per-account warm-up and limits, and reply consolidation across many senders.

Which channel leads your programme?

If email is the main channel and LinkedIn is a supporting touch, use an email-first tool. If LinkedIn is where the conversations actually start, a LinkedIn-first tool will handle the parts that matter — invitation limits, open profiles, sender rotation — in more depth.

Sender accounts are the LinkedIn-specific problem

Email scales by sending more messages from a warmed domain. LinkedIn does not: the cap is per account per week and cannot be raised. That makes multi-account rotation, per-account limits and cross-account deduplication the central engineering problem, and it is the problem ReachEase is built around.

Using both

These are not mutually exclusive. Plenty of teams run email in one tool and LinkedIn in another, and that is often better than one tool doing both adequately. ReachEase pushes replies and interested leads out via webhooks so the two can share a pipeline.

Questions

ReachEase vs Lemlist.

Can ReachEase replace Lemlist?

Only if your programme is LinkedIn-led. ReachEase does not do email outreach at all, so it cannot replace Lemlist's email sequencing, deliverability tooling or domain warm-up.

Can I use ReachEase and Lemlist together?

Yes. A common split is email sequencing in one tool and LinkedIn outreach in the other, with replies and interested leads pushed into a shared CRM by webhook.
