ReachEase vs Linked Helper

Linked Helper is cheap, but it needs a machine left on.

Linked Helper is a long-established LinkedIn tool that runs as a desktop application, with generous import limits and a low price point. The trade-off is that it needs a machine running for outreach to happen.

What it costs at 1, 3, 5 and 10 senders

LinkedIn caps invitations per account, so volume comes from running more senders. This is the number that decides most of these comparisons.

Linked Helper figures are publicly listed pricing multiplied by sender count, checked September 9, 2026 — Pro tier. A Standard tier is listed around $15/mo with fewer features. These came from third-party sources rather than the vendor, so check their current plans before deciding. ReachEase is a one-time software licence plus a monthly sender-infrastructure fee, which is why it is shown as two figures. Each row is a whole plan — 1 sender is Spark, 3 is Ignite, 5 is Momentum, 10 is Velocity — so the monthly figure is what that plan actually costs, not an estimate. Year one is the year our licence is paid, so it is the year we look most expensive; from year two only the monthly fee continues.

Where Linked Helper is stronger

Linked Helper's published import allowance is one of the highest in the category — 200 search pages a day, and it explicitly does not count page reads as outreach actions. It is also among the cheapest tools available.

Where ReachEase differs

ReachEase runs in the cloud with no application to install or keep awake, and consolidates every sender account and every reply into one workspace.

Desktop means a machine has to stay on

Linked Helper executes locally. Outreach happens while the application runs, which in practice means a dedicated machine or a virtual desktop if you want overnight and weekend sending. That is a real running cost and a real point of failure, and it is the main thing you are removing by moving to a cloud tool.

Import allowance: honestly, they are ahead

Linked Helper publishes 200 search pages a day and does not count reads against outreach quotas — roughly 5,000 Sales Navigator profiles a day. ReachEase applies the same 200-page daily budget per account. On raw import ceiling these are comparable, and Linked Helper has been explicit about it for longer.

Where the cloud model earns its cost

Reliability and consolidation. Sequences run on schedule without supervision, several sender accounts share one set of limits and one deduplication pool, and every reply lands in one inbox instead of one desktop per account.

Questions

ReachEase vs Linked Helper.

Does Linked Helper need my computer to be on?

Yes. Linked Helper is a desktop application, so it performs outreach while it is running on a machine. Many users run it on a virtual desktop for this reason. Cloud tools like ReachEase execute on a server instead.

Is Linked Helper cheaper than ReachEase?

Linked Helper's monthly price is among the lowest in the category. Whether it is cheaper overall depends on how long you run outreach and whether you add a virtual machine to keep it running — a one-time licence has no monthly component to compound.
